This agreement is entered into jointly by Changzhou Yisheng Electronics & Electrical Appliances Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “we”) and all users who use this software (hereinafter referred to as “you”). Please read this agreement carefully and agree to its terms before using the software. If you are under 18 years of age, please do not install or use this software. Part One: User Agreement 1. Service Content and Scope YS Remote is a lifestyle-assistance mobile application developed by Changzhou Yisheng Electronic & Electrical Co., Ltd. This software does not require users to register or log in. Its primary function is to connect via Bluetooth on a user’s smartphone to electric wheelchairs of specific models, allowing users to control the wheelchair’s movement through a virtual joystick displayed on their phone’s interface, thereby providing assistance in specific scenarios. 2. Usage Guidelines • User Eligibility Restrictions: This software is not intended for use by minors. Before using this software, you must confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have full civil capacity. We do not provide products or services to minors. If you are under 18 years old, please do not install, download, or use this software. Should we discover that a user is a minor, we reserve the right to terminate our services to that user at any time. • Device Compatibility: You must ensure that the electric wheelchair you are using is one of the models specified and supported by our company, and confirm that the Bluetooth function on your mobile phone is properly enabled. • Operating environment: Please connect and operate in an environment with a stable signal, no obstructions, and a flat, safe surface. • Permission Authorization: To enable control functions, this software requires Bluetooth permission for device discovery, pairing, and command transmission. 3. Risk Warning and Disclaimer • Connection Stability Risks: This software relies on Bluetooth technology for data transmission and may be affected by factors such as distance, obstacles, electromagnetic interference, mobile phone performance, or system version, leading to connection interruptions, delays, or loss of control commands. In complex environments, such instability could result in unintended movements or delayed braking actions. • Operational substitution risk: The virtual joystick serves as an auxiliary control method for the physical controller. The feedback mechanism of touch-screen operation differs from that of a physical joystick, potentially leading to risks such as accidental touches, response delays, or insufficient operational precision. •Environmental Adaptability Risk: In scenarios such as outdoors, crowded areas, slopes, and slippery road surfaces, relying on smartphone screens for operation may distract attention, increasing the likelihood of safety incidents such as collisions and rollovers. • Disclaimer for Non-Design Defects: The company shall not be liable for any damage to the device, personal injury, or property loss caused by the user’s failure to follow the instructions, use of the device on non-designated equipment, unauthorized modification of the software, use of non-genuine accessories, or operation in unsuitable environments such as strong magnetic fields or extreme weather conditions. • Exemption from liability for third-party factors: Due to force majeure (such as natural disasters, war, government actions), public network failures, power outages, or mobile phone system crashes, Our company shall not be liable for service interruptions or data errors caused by factors beyond our control, such as virus attacks or conflicts with third-party applications. • Exclusion of Indirect Losses: To the fullest extent permitted by law, the company shall not be liable for any indirect losses arising from the use or inability to use this software, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, loss of profits, or emotional distress. 4. If you have visual, auditory, or motor coordination impairments, or if your reaction time has been impaired due to illness or medication, do not rely solely on this software to control the wheelchair. •All intellectual property rights, including those pertaining to this software, its related technologies, code, interface designs, and the like, are owned by Changzhou Yisheng Electronic & Electrical Co., Ltd. Without prior permission, no entity or individual may copy, modify, distribute, or use these materials for any other commercial purpose. •Amendment to the Agreement: We reserve the right to modify the terms of this Agreement at any time. The revised terms will take effect upon notification within the app or with the next version update. Continued use of this software constitutes your acceptance of the amended Agreement. Part Two: Privacy Policy •Information Collection and Use: This software is an unregistered application and does not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information (such as your name or mobile phone number). number, ID number, etc.).
